Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls for quotes, order entry, delivery information, troubleshooting and application questions. Job requires sitting for extended periods of time.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills including the MS Office Suite and experience with an ERP or CRM system. Must demonstrate exceptional people skills, customer service experience in a technical industrial environment, and above-average mechanical aptitude. Previous experience with hydraulics a plus.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma required. Two year degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Two years customer service. Two years in an industrial or technical environment.
